Sunday 14th, started the day with a 4.5 mile x country run, nice and steady avg pace 7.56/m this took 35mins 11sec.
Then went for a bike ride out to the Bungay pool with my brother in law Pants, nice and steady, first time on a road bike for him, 16.25 miles took 1hr 9 mins, once at the pool did a few lengths, probably a total of 400m but did some scores training running up the stairs to the top of the water slide with the kids, I then cycled home on my own in the rain, took a slightly shorter route, 14.5 miles took me 42.23 mins avg speed of 20.1mph
Total distances for the week were approx 16.2 miles running, 61 miles on a bike and a 2200m swim session.
Monday 15th, easy turbo session and a 3/4 mile jog round the block, to loosen up, only a half hour session in total.
Tuesday 16th, out for a steady run, 6.6 miles in the rain again, had planned to go further but wet and miserable conditions put me off, took 48.09mins avg pace 7.16 m/m nice and easy felt good.
Wednesday missed the swim session due to baby sitting Joe and his mates having a sleep over, a disturbed nights sleep as a bonus!
