Ah February is almost gone already, another month of training completed with nothing new to report, still doing the same training regime, Thursday night sessions have been good we've been upping the distance on the run to 8.5 miles following a 22 mile bike so that hopefully when it comes to an Olympic distance triathlon run of 6 miles it will feel easy. I will be thinking about introducing some speed sessions soon and trying to up the intensity of some sessions to try and increase my pace as the first race is not to far away. Must sort out some more swim sessions as at the moment I'm still not doing 1 regular session a week.
The weather must be getting better I managed to do a dry 10 miles on the TT bike this week it felt good to get back on the bike and get tucked over the front wheel again I'm hoping to be putting in some better times in time trials this season.
I still haven't got into the habit of blogging weekly yet but will try, it works for me to sit and type out my weeks training to help me think about how I feel and what direction I need to be going for future sessions.
